If both parties actively participate during the reserved period for mediation but are unable to reach an agreement,  we will offer an additional mediation period equal to the original mediation period - FREE - subject to mediator's schedule availability and travel costs (only if mediator must make second trip of more than 100 miles for the free mediation period).
